The firm’s core practice includes probate and estate administration, evictions and landlord representation, foreclosure-related matters, and debt collection. In addition, The McNeil Firm has experience in insurance litigation, personal injury protection (PIP), post-judgment proceedings, loss mitigation, bankruptcy-related matters, and regulatory compliance.
